Is there a way to test the simulations before I buy?
Yes. You just need to create an Instructor account (here) and request a demo simulation. As an Instructor, you’ll be able to run a virtual business for 3 rounds and explore the types of decisions players make throughout the simulation.
How can I implement the simulations at my institution?
- Annual Subscription – The institution purchases a 12-month subscription, which provides access to Industry Business Simulations for one year from the date of purchase.
- Perpetual License – The institution purchases lifetime access to Industry Business Simulations. The simulations can be hosted either on our servers or on the institution’s own infrastructure. Integration with the institution’s internal systems is available, including single sign-on (SSO) access for users.
- Per-User Access – The institution buys access for a specific number of users (players), allowing flexible usage based on the number of participants.
Do I need to sign an agreement to use the Business Simulations Games?
No, we do not require a signed contract. All implementation details are included on the invoice.
Can my institution receive an invoice?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices.
What if I’m not satisfied with the training?
If you’re not satisfied with the training, you may submit a complaint within 7 days after the training has ended. The complaint must be submitted in writing or via email to: kontakt@revas.pl.
Each complaint is reviewed individually within 14 days of receipt.
Complaints can only concern substantive issues related to the scope of the training, the materials provided, or the quality of information delivered.
This applies to both closed trainings (organized on request) and open trainings (attended by individual participants).
If the complaint is accepted, the participant is entitled to an individually agreed form of compensation, provided its value does not exceed the original cost of the training.
Accepted forms of compensation may include:

a free seat in a training session on a similar topic,

in the case of closed trainings – a repeat session for all participants with a different trainer,

a refund, but only if the trainer fails to appear or the training is canceled without notifying participants at least 3 days in advance.
